Return Period
Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return or refund:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned after the 3-day return period
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used when placing the order, or via a mutually agreed method.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with pictures of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
